Shipping policy

Shipments are processed and dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

Shipping
-UK Customers
Your orders will be shipped with DPD Local and will take 1-2 business days to be delivered.

-US Customers
Your orders will be shipped with USPS from our US warehouse and can take 3-7 business days to be delivered. There will be no customs and duty fees.

-Rest of the world
Your order will be shipped by DPD Local from the UK and can take 2-11 business days to arrive. Your order may incur duty and customs charges depending on where it is being delivered and the charges set by your countries government. You will always be notified of these charges by email.

If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duty and customs charges, this order will not be eligible for refund.

Pre-Orders

Once a pre-order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Once it has been delivered we can assist with a return or exchange.

If you have ordered a pre-order item within a larger order, it is possible to split your shipment, this will incur an extra shipping fee and is possible by emailing us to request this.

All pre-order shipping dates are approximate and may be subject to change.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery unless your item states it is a non-returnable item in its description. 1XBLUE does not cover returns so please use your most reliable service to ship back to us, keeping track of the tracking number and evidence of shipment.

If we have confirmed with you that you can exchange your item you will need to repay the shipping cost.
