Refund policy

 

If your item is made in the UK and is either made to order or a 1/1 up cycled piece a return is only valid if the item is faulty. The nature of how the item is made will always be in the description of the product.

If your item doesn’t state there is a no returns policy we can offer refunds and exchanges if you email us about the product within 14 days of purchase.

Pre Orders can not be cancelled as it disrupts our order system, however if you decide you don't want your item after you have received it you are welcome to return as long as it is in ur 14 day return policy and eligible for a return. 

If you have multiple items in your order and it includes a pre order, please let us know if you want us to ship items separately. There will be an extra shipping fee

Return shipping currently is not covered by 1XBLUE . If you are shipping back from the US USPS tends to be the most affordable and reliable
