Shipping & Returns

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. 

If you pay for the express service your order will be shipped with DHL express which takes 1-4 business days depending on how far you are from the UK

If you select the slower service your order will be shipped with International Royal Mail tracked, Which takes 5-10 business days

Pre Orders are not able to be cancelled as this disrupts our order system. If your order is eligible for a return you are entitled to our 14 day return policy upon delivery. 

If you order multiple items and there is an item on pre order, you will need to contact us if you would like to have split shipping. There will be an extra shipping charge for this 

Once your parcel has been dispatched there are sometimes delays which are out of our control, please be patient and email us if you have any questions.

Duty charges are not included in the total and will be charged to the customer via DHL or Royal Mail. If you refuse the duty charges and the parcel is sent back to us, The duty charge will deducted from your refund as there would be a reverse charge and we would have to pay it on your behalf to receive the parcel back to us.

The Duty charge we can't accurately estimate so it is the customers responsibility to check their countries import rates. We ship from the United Kingdom.

Please be aware that if you sign for a no-signature release of your parcel, if your parcel goes missing, we are not liable and we will not be able to refund or replace your order. Please make sure that you are at home to receive your delivery, and if you need to authorise a no-signature release, please ensure that your property is safe enough for your parcel to not be taken by a passerby.

Returns& Exchanges 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery unless your item states it is a non returnable item in its description. 1XBLUE does not cover returns so please use your most reliable service to ship back to us, keeping track of the tracking number and evidence of shipment.

If we have confirmed with you that you can exchange your item you will need to repay the shipping cost.
